Excellent staff and value for money and would recommend it. I will go there again when I next visit Taipei.

Value for money, clean, convenient and easy to locate.
The staff were very approachable and the hotel was very clean with a lot of quality basic amenities. The complementary breakfast is a plus and the selection of food was well planned. When I made a request in view of my schedule, the staff was prompt in checking with their manager and they were gracious to accommodate.
Everything was nice just that the WIFI was unstable at times. It connects to the internet but there was no service. It's not all the way, just intermittent. For those who need to work in the room, this might be an aspect to consider.
